That’s a lot of Valentine’s!

I just got off the telephone with my youngest sons teacher because I haven’t received any notes regarding Valentine’s Day at school. I still haven’t received anything from my oldest sons teacher either. What is up with waiting until the last few days to inform parents of upcoming activities!?

All in all it looks like I need to buy treats and Valentine cards for 75 kids and three teachers this year. Oh and create two Valentine boxes. This year I am definitely forcing I mean encouraging the two oldest to make their own boxes and sign their own cards. Is it just my boys or do all boys hate doing Valentine cards?

This year Jason and I actually have a date for Valentine’s! Jack’s school is having a Parent’s Night Out on Friday and all three boys can attend so we have a date! I am so excited. I can’t even remember the last time we had a date.  I just asked the hubster and he thinks it was 6 to 7 months ago…. sad huh. Well at least we aren’t going a full year without a date!
