Procrastinating perfectionist
I was tagged by one of my Canadian friends Mar from her blog Tiny things go by.
The rules are I have to list 10 honest (and interesting, but that’s up to you) things about myself and then pass it on to seven other bloggers.
Here goes!
1. I absolutely love metal & punk music. And in my younger days would jump in a mosh pit if one formed.
2. I hate talking on the phone. Absolutely hate it.
3. I am almost 41 and collect Hello Kitty items.
4. At birth I weighed 2 lbs. 10 ounces. I was three months premature.
5. I learned how to drive and got my first drivers license when I was in my 30’s. The thought of driving terrified me and I use to walk everywhere. Then we moved to a farming area in IL and had no other choice but to learn.
6. I saw a man jump off a building in Downtown Denver when I was in my 20’s and I still have dreams (nightmares?) about it from time to time.
7. I think I have a problem with anti-social issues. I have always been really friendly with people but I have a problem with letting people get close enough to know the real me. Not sure if I am afraid they won’t like the real me or what but its only gotten worse as I get older. Maybe that’s one reason for #2.
8. I’m part Cherokee Indian.
9. I have seen The Rocky Horror Picture Show over 100 times and thought that Tim Curry in drag was the hottest thing ever! It’s weird because I still think he’s sexy in this photo. It’s weird how we are wired in our likes and dislikes. 
10. I am thankful this is done!

I rarely answer the phone ... thank goodness for call display!
I adore "Rocky Horror Picture Show" ... I have the soundtrack on my iPod.
It's crazy what they used to do with Lysol, eh?!
We have way more in common than I knew. I grew up on metal, I was a rocker girl. I still am. Call me immature but I am usually rocking out to old school 80's stuff in the car. I don't even know what's current and I don't care. I hate the phone, madly. I don't return calls much to family and friend's dismay. I'm somewhat antisocial and people find it hard to get close to me I think. And I find it hard to get close to people that I even really want to. I have issues apparently. Even when I do make friends it's the rare one that sticks around. And swooning for Tim Curry, I first saw that movie when I was 16 and he had a huge impact on me. Everyone thought I was a freak for thinking he was so sexy. LOL I still do.

2 lbs 10 ozs? I can't imagine. That's pretty amazing, when you think about it.
Teena: RHPS is still one of my all time favorites. I should put the soundtrack on mine! Good idea!
Mel: Too bad you moved away. It's always nice to have friends who could accept me for who I am and it does seem that we have alot in common!
