This is one of many reasons I live in Colorado

Today we took the kids to the 2009 Chile Harvest Festival in Lakewood and had a great time. The boys did art projects where they colored a cut out of a chile and decorated them with glitter, sequins and foam shapes. They each got a free beach ball and suckers from one of the vendors. They ate snow cones and had a really nice time. The weather was beautiful and afterwards we went to jerusalem's. I got my usual meat platter and ended up eating most of Jason's hummus dish. Yum, I missed eating there while we were away so now we make up for the lost time, alot! Not sure if we have plans tomorrow but most likely I need to hit the books. I have an essay and a test due this week. Hope everyone is having an awesome weekend!
